This recording presents the powerful ministry of the Southern Brothers Redeemed. As you listen, your life will be blessed. This album is about following Jesus and these men follow Him in their daily lives. They truly walk the talk. Their faithfulness to the church is a great example of their walk with Jesus. You will be challenged to follow the man called Jesus. God will be glorified and you will be blessed.

It is not often that you get the honor or the opportunity to write for the cover of a music project. I am honored to share my thoughts about the Southern Brothers Redeemed. I have been involved with Gospel music for about 34 years and have listened to what the industry considers to be the best and none are any better than Southern Brothers Redeemed . Their smooth presentation and tight harmony are their trademark. They put their style and character in every song they do.

Clarence Richards is undoubtedly the clearest and truest lead singer I have heard. You never have to wonder about the words. They are always precise and understandable. His range only compliments these qualities.

Darryl's bass singing is second to none. He is so smooth, especially when he steps to the front with his solos. As a bass singer, I stand in admiration of his talent. There is always, in any group or team, a member whose function is to complete and meld the group together. Sammy performs this function as well as any I have heard. His baritone is a big part of the complete sound of Southern Brothers Redeemed.

Now I come to the last member, and it is not hard for me to tell you that I think Butch is the top Tenor around. Part of the reason is because of his talent, and when you hear him you will agree; but the other is because he is my best friend. Butch and I have been a part of each others life since we were in high school (he is the oldest). We sang together for about 16 years, and I get a little emotional as I write this. I am so proud for Butch and the group in their accomplishment. They are presenting the Gospel with the talents God has given them and you will be blessed as you listen. Again, I want to thank Southern Brothers Redeemed for this honor.

God Bless you,
Nub Parker, an Old Friend

I praise God for you, Southern Brothers Redeemed, because through your dedication, much prayer, and hardwork you are a cut above the rest, which is evident in your presentations for Jesus. Jesus radiates through your music, ministry, and in your lives, which is a rare combination. May God's hand continually be upon you and cause you to be fruit bearing as you seek His leadership and power. Congratulations on your second CD project. May you have incredible favor with God and with mankind as you minister in His Name.

I am praying the Prayer of Jabez for you and your families, 1 Chronicles 4:10, as together we labor for the cause of Christ.

Because of the Cross,
Merle Langston
